I am walking in this years Two Feet & a Heartbeat walk in memory of my nephew River, born with Transposition of the Great Arteries and tragically lost shortly after birth. We will also walk to honour all those children living with congenital or acquired childhood heart disease and the young lives lost too early to this disease.
