I am walking in this years Two Feet & a Heartbeat walk in honour of all those children living with congenital or acquired childhood heart disease and the young lives lost too early to this disease.
But especially for the beloved River Taylor, who heartbreakingly passed shortly after birth. As well as, in support of his incredible parents Jacq & Mitch and their families who miss him dearly.
