We are walking in this years Two Feet & a Heartbeat walk in honour of all those children living with a CHD. Our big brave boy Lennox was diagnosed with a rare type of CHD at 20 weeks gestation, in an instant our world was flipped upside down and brought so much fear, heartache & confusion to us. After many scans and meetings with different Dr’s, cardiologists and our great antenatal team we had become well informed and prepared for his arrival earthside and what we could expect for his life moving forward. Our boy has been very lucky, whilst his diagnosis is extremely rare he is also able to go through life with HOPEFULLY🤞🏼 Minimal intervention. I have spent some time at the heart centre for children since Lennox has been born and it is heart breaking. Every time I enter I feel so saddened for my boy .. but every time I leave I feel so blessed and so grateful that he has his beautiful unique heart.. not every family that enters that centre is as fortunate to walk straight out & our heart will forever be with them on their journey. We are proud parents to a heart kid and we are walking in the Two Feet & A Heartbeat Walk to raise money & awareness for all the beautiful heart kids and heart families out there ❤️ If you can donate anything at all to this fundraiser it is extremely appreciated and means so much to so many🫀🙌🏼
